At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the area. Up to three inches of rain have already
fallen. Creeks and streams continue to rise due to the heavy
rainfall. The Baltimore County 911 Center reported high water
flowing across Reisterstown Road near Hammershire Road.
