...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 6 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...
The heavy rain will continue to move northeastward and away from
our region this morning. The Flood Watch will expire at 6:00 AM.
However, some Flood Warnings and Flood Advisories remain in effect
for northeastern Maryland, northern Delaware, eastern
Pennsylvania and New Jersey due to runoff from the heavy rain that
fell during the night.
