    TONIGHT...
    The Flash Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of western Maryland and eastern West Virginia,
    including the following areas, in western Maryland, Central
    and Eastern Allegany and Extreme Western Allegany. In eastern
    West Virginia, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Hampshire,
    Hardy, Western Grant, and Western Mineral.
    * Until midnight EDT tonight
    * Additional showers are likely with scattered thunderstorms
    through this evening. Locally heavy rain is possible during
    this time.
    * Total rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected, with
    locally higher amounts expected in thunderstorms. Heavy
    amounts of rain in a short period of time may cause rapid
    rises of water on creeks and streams as well as urban areas,
    especially if several intense showers track across the same
    area.
