    SOUTHWESTERN ALLEGANY COUNTY...
    At 504 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms had produced
    heavy rain across the area. Up to four inches of rain have already
    fallen. Basement flooding has been reported in Cresaptown.
    Heavy rain has moved out of the area, but runoff is likely
    continuing. Flash flooding is expected if it is not already
    occurring.
