CENTRAL CALVERT COUNTY...
At 1044 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms had
produced heavy rainfall totals over five inches in the Prince
Frederick area. Even though heavy rain is ending, this amount of
water will take some time to run off. Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly if it is not already occurring.

Prince Frederick and Barstow.
