    Kishwaukee River near Perryville affecting Winnebago County
    .River forecasts are based upon forecast rainfall expected over
    the next 48 hours. There is high uncertainty with the rainfall
    forecast for tonight. It is possible that thunderstorms may
    impact the basin and produce higher rainfall than in the official
    precipitation forecast used for the river forecast. Furthermore,
    additional rainfall is forecast beyond the 48 hour forecast period.
    Given the forecast uncertainty, river rises above what is forecast
    are possible. A flood warning may need to be issued depending on the
    latest trends.
