    * Until 600 AM CDT
    * At 305 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Radar estimates that 2 to 2.5 inches has already
    fallen across much of the advisory area. Runoff from this heavy
    rainfall will likely cause minor flooding in the advisory area
    early this morning.

    Rockford, Belvidere, Loves Park, Machesney Park, South Beloit,
    Rockton, Mount Morris, Rockford Airport, Roscoe, Poplar Grove,
