* At 900 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Reports of upwards to 2 inches have already fallen
in White county, around Carmi, and additional rains of up to an
inch or possibly more on top of that are expected. This will cause
urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

Mount Carmel, Carmi, Fairfield, Albion, Grayville, Lancaster,
Norris City, Wayne City, West Salem, Crossville, Cisne, Enfield,
Parkersburg, Allendale, New Haven, Jeffersonville, Bellmont, Sims,
