    and evening. Storm total snowfall will range from 3 to 7 inches
    on top of earlier sleet and light glazing.
    * WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana and
    western Kentucky.

    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
    visibility at times. Travel conditions will be extremely
