    * At 1015 AM Monday the stage was 14.8 feet.
    * Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tonight and continue to rise
    to near 18.2 feet by tomorrow morning.The river will fall below
    flood stage by tomorrow morning.
    * Impact...At 18.0 feet...Minor flooding begins to some secondary
    roads and agricultural land not protected by levees.
