    * Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
    Union County in southern Illinois...
    * Until 200 PM CDT.
    * At 1156 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
    urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Radar
    estimates indicate up around 1.5 inches of rain has already fallen
    across portions of the county.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Anna, Jonesboro, Cobden, Dongola, Ware, Alto Pass and Mill Creek.
    Additional rainfall of around 1 inch is possible over the area. This
    additional rain will result in minor flooding.
