    TODAY...
    * WHAT...Patchy light freezing rain, with minor ice accumulations.
    * WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois, generally
    north of a Havana to Bloomington line.
    * WHEN...The threat of icing will diminish through the rest of the
    morning, as temperatures continue to rise above freezing.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The light glaze will result in difficult
    travel conditions on untreated roads, including during the
    morning commute.
