* At 439 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Two to three inches of rain have already fallen in the past hour.

Belleville, Wildwood, University City, Granite City, Maryland
Heights, East St. Louis, Hazelwood, Collinsville, Edwardsville,

and Clayton.
