    * At 902 AM CDT, emergency management reported flooding across
    multiple portions of both Christian County and Shelby County.
    Widespread rainfall in excess of 3 inches has fallen, with some
    areas reporting 4 to 5 inches of rain in the last 24 hours.
    This includes Interstate 57 between mile markers 169 and 170.
