    * At 724 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
    the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen
    over portions of the area. Addtional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2
    inches are possible.

    Springfield, Bloomington, Lincoln, Clinton, Mason City, Normal,
    Sherman, Rochester, Le Roy, Forsyth, Riverton, Heyworth,
    Petersburg, Lexington, Farmer City, and Athens.

    Interstate 155 between mile markers 0 and 17.
    Interstate 39 between mile markers 0 and 9.
    Interstate 55 between mile markers 97 and 187.
