thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen
over portions of the area. Addtional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2
inches are possible.

Springfield, Bloomington, Lincoln, Clinton, Mason City, Normal,
Sherman, Rochester, Le Roy, Forsyth, Riverton, Heyworth,
