    * Until noon CDT.
    * At 1100 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated repeat heavy rains,
    especially over the southern half of the county. These additional
    heavy rains will fall on top of already saturated ground and will
    cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.
