    ...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
    * HEAT INDEX...Scattered thunderstorms have provided some local
    relief from the heat. Outside of thunderstorms, temperatures in
    the lower 90s coupled with high humidity will result in heat
    index readings from 105 to 110 into early this evening.
    * IMPACTS...The combination of heat and humidity will lead to an
    increased risk of heat-related stress and illness. The very
    young, the elderly, those without air conditioning, and those
    participating in strenuous outdoor activities will be the most
    susceptible. Also, car interiors can reach lethal temperatures
    in a matter of minutes.
