    heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
    already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

    Taylorville, Shelbyville, Sullivan, Pana, Moweaqua, Kincaid,
    Assumption, Edinburg, Morrisonville, Stonington, Windsor,
    Stewardson, Findlay, Cowden, Tower Hill, Bulpitt, Allenville,
    Jeisyville, Westervelt and Tovey.
    This includes Interstate 57 between mile markers 169 and 170.
