    * At 800 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
    area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is
    expected to begin shortly.

    Macomb, Bushnell, Colchester, Blandinsville, Industry, Good Hope,
    Prairie City, Bardolph, Tennessee, Sciota, Western Illinois
    University, Adair, Fandon, New Philadelphia, Colmar, Walnut Grove,
    Plymouth, Pennington Point, Macomb Municipal Airport and
    Scottsburg.
    Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
    warned area.
