    COUNTIES...
    At 452 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain continued to move
    over the warned area. At 450 PM, the Mount Pulaski NWS observer
    reported 3.49 inches of rainfall since this morning. More rain is
    expected. Flash flooding will continue to be possible.
    Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Springfield, Decatur, Jacksonville, Virginia, Winchester, Chatham,
    Alexander, Sherman, Rochester, Forsyth, Riverton, Athens, Maroa,
    Mount Pulaski, Williamsville, Harristown, New Berlin, Ashland,
    Warrensburg and Meredosia.
    This includes the following highways...
    Interstate 55 between mile markers 89 and 115.
    Interstate 72 between mile markers 43 and 144.
