    to an end this morning. Storm total ice accumulations of around
    one tenth of an inch are expected.
    * WHERE...Portions of central Illinois, east central Illinois,
    southeast Illinois and west central Illinois.
    * WHEN...Until 9 AM Sunday.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for slick roadways. Slow down
    and take extra time to arrive at your destination this morning.
