    * Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
    Lawrence County in southeastern Illinois...
    * Until 1045 AM CDT.
    * At 745 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain causing
    minor flooding in Lawrenceville and Bridgeport. Overflowing poor
    drainage areas will result in minor flooding. Up to three to four
    inches of rain have already fallen.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lawrenceville, Sumner, St. Francisville, Russellville, Chauncey,
    Birds, Pinkstaff, Petrolia, Lawrenceville Airport, Billett, Red
    Hills State Park, Helena and Mount Carmel Airport.
    Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
    additional rain will result in additional minor flooding.
