Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning.
* VISIBILITY...Visibilities will be reduced to one quarter of a
mile or less at times.
* IMPACTS...Motorists are advised to drive with caution early this
morning...and to plan on extra time to arrive at their
destinations.
