    ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING...
    The Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of west central Illinois, including Knox and Stark
    counties.
    * Until 6 PM CST.
    * Additional rainfall of up to a half inch is possible across the
    area into this evening. This area has already received 2 to 3
    inches of rain since early Monday, and some of this area has
    also had snow melt, so the soil is already saturated.
    * This additional rainfall will cause flooding of area rivers
    and streams across central through east central Illinois.
