    * Until 1215 AM CDT.
    * At 1022 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
    the advisory area. Up to one and a half inches of rain have fallen
    in the past hour.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mount Vernon, Fairfield, Mount Vernon In Jefferson County, Wayne
    City, Woodlawn, Bluford, Cisne, Ina, Dix, Waltonville, Bonnie,
    Jeffersonville, Belle Rive, Sims, Nason, Mount Erie, Keenes,
    Johnsonville and Golden Gate.
    Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
    additional rain will result in minor flooding.
