    Southern Effingham County in south central Illinois...
    * Until 215 AM CDT Wednesday
    * At 813 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
    heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
    already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
    possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin
    shortly.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Altamont, Watson, Edgewood, Mason, Elliotstown, Altamont Reservoir
    and Heartville.
    This includes the following highways...
    Interstate 57 between mile markers 143 and 155.
    Interstate 70 between mile markers 79 and 86.
