At 1011 PM CST, Emergency Management and trained weather spotters
reported heavy rain in Champaign County and Vermilion County. Up to
three inches of rain have already fallen, with more rain expected
overnight. Flash flooding has been reported in Champaign, Rantoul,
Thomasboro and Hoopeston.

Champaign, Bloomington, Danville, Rantoul, Clinton, Monticello,
Tuscola, Sullivan, Normal, Urbana, Savoy, Mahomet, Hoopeston, St.
Joseph, Le Roy, Tolono, Westville, Arcola, Heyworth and Tilton.

Interstate 55 between mile markers 147 and 178, and near mile marker
180.
