    * At 337 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in
    along and to the east of Interstate 39 and across the far west and
    north suburbs of Chicago due to thunderstorms that will cause
    flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Minor
    flooding has been reported in Elgin.

    Aurora, Joliet, Naperville, Elgin, Waukegan, Arlington Heights,
    Schaumburg, Bolingbrook, Palatine, Mount Prospect, Wheaton, Hoffman
    Estates, Downers Grove, Lombard, Buffalo Grove, Carol Stream,
    Romeoville, Plainfield, Carpentersville and Wheeling.
    Additional rainfall amounts of 2 inches are possible in the warned
    area.
