    * At 556 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported that a number of
    roads remain flooded and closed due to heavy rain from last night
    and earlier today. Radar estimates and reports indicated anywhere
    from 3 to 6 inches of rain fell across the region.

    Granite City, Collinsville, Edwardsville, Centralia, Glen Carbon,
    Highland, Troy, Maryville, Salem, Pontoon Beach, Breese, Madison,
    New Baden, Carlyle, Nashville, Venice, Trenton, Fairmont City,
    Aviston and Okawville.

    Interstate 57 in Illinois between exits 109 and 135.
