Southeastern Morgan County in west central Illinois...
* Until 1145 AM CDT Monday.
* At 538 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to three inches of rain have already fallen, and several
county roads in low lying areas have some standing water.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Springfield, Decatur, Jacksonville, Taylorville, Winchester,
Chatham, Alexander, Mount Zion, Auburn, Sherman, Rochester,
Riverton, Pawnee, Kincaid, Williamsville, Harristown, New Berlin,
Waverly, Divernon and Blue Mound.
Additional rainfall of up to one inch is possible over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
