    The National Weather Service in Lincoln has continued the Red Flag
    Warning, which is in effect until 7 PM CDT this evening.
    * AFFECTED AREA...Champaign and Vermilion Counties of east
    central Illinois.
    * WIND...South winds of 15 to 25 mph will gust to around 30 mph.
    * HUMIDITY...Afternoon humidity is expected to fall to around
    25 percent.
    * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
    Outdoor burning is not recommended.
