    * At 738 PM CST, emergency management reported flooding in and
    around St. Joseph and Sidney, due to the heavy rainfall from the
    last few days. Many roads remain closed due to flood waters, with
    a few roads washed out.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    St. Joseph, Philo, Sidney, and Homer.
    This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 188 and 197.
