    * Until 815 AM CDT
    * At 217 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
    Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in
    the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
    Another one to two inches of rain is possible.

    Springfield, Jacksonville, Beardstown, Chatham, Alexander, Sherman,
    Rochester, Riverton, Pawnee, New Berlin, Edinburg, Stonington,
    Pleasant Plains, Loami, Mechanicsburg, Mount Auburn, Arenzville,
    Literberry, South Jacksonville and Jerome.
