    * At 707 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    2 to 3 inches of rain have fallen.

    Bowling Green, Pittsfield, Louisiana, Mount Sterling, Barry,
    Griggsville, Pleasant Hill, Atlas, Eolia, Clarksville, Frankford,
    Pike, Curryville, Buckhorn, Spencerburg, New Hartford, Tarrants, La
    Grange, Independence and Bedford.
    This includes Interstate 72 between exits 10 and 35.
