    * At 716 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
    drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.

    Hinesville, Fort Stewart, Glennville, Flemington, Gumbranch, Gum
    Branch and Donald.
    Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
    additional rain will result in minor flooding of low lying and poor
    drainage areas.
