    At 418 AM EDT, doppler radar showed the heavy rain has ended across
    the warned area. However, radar and gauge data indicates that 2 to 4
    inches of rain fell across the area, with locally higher amounts.
    Creeks and streams are likely still running quite high and roads,
    especially smaller, secondary roads, may still have areas of
    standing or running water over the roadway.

    Butler, Howard, Rupert, Charing, Salem, Prattsburg, Carsonville,
    Wesley Church and Fickling Mill.

    At 215 AM EDT, Doppler radar showed the heavy rain that fell earlier
    across the warned area has diminished. However, widespread rainfall
    amounts of two to four inches, with localized totals as high as
    seven inches, of rain have fallen across the warned area and flash
    flooding is will continue for the next few hours.

    Oxford, Union Point, Porterdale, Crawford, Rutledge, Newborn,
