* At 822 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
Over 2 inches of rain have fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Newington, Oliver, Captolo, Dover, Kildare and Hunters.
Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
