    At 252 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
    miles east of Clayton, or 4 miles southeast of Mountain City, moving
    southwest at 20 mph.
    Locations to be impacted include...
    Clayton, Mountain City, Tiger, Lake Rabun, Lakemont, Black Rock
    Mountain State Park, Sky Valley, Tallulah Falls and Lake Burton.
    Wind gusts up to 40 mph, pea size hail and very heavy rainfall rates
    up to 2 inches per hour will be possible in these areas.
