    * At 925 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow
    moving thunderstorms. Radar estimates that 1 to 2 inches of rain
    has fallen in the last hour with an additional 1 to 2 inches of
    rain possible through 1030 pm EDT. This will cause minor flooding
    in the advisory area.
