At 419 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Race Pond, or 7 miles northwest of Folkston, moving
north at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
