.The arctic airmass in place is beginning to be overrun by mid
and upper level moisture resulting in sleet and freezing rain
within the advisory area. Some sleet will be possible at the onset
of precipitation and heavy sleet has already been reported in
Ellijay. Precipitation is expected to transition over to all
freezing rain within the advisory area fairly quickly and
accumulate through early Sunday AM. Temperatures are expected to
remain at or slightly below freezing through the mid morning
hours Sunday before warming above freezing by late morning.

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Ice accumulations of up to one tenth of
an inch are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Georgia.

conditions on sidewalks, roads and bridges.
