    * WHAT...Snow. Additional snow amounts up to a tenth of an inch
    possible.
    * WHERE...Portions of central, east central and southeast
    Georgia.
    * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With temperatures nearly steady in the
    lower to middle 30s, roads will be slippery and travel will be
    treacherous. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Any
    lingering moisture on the roadways tonight will re-freeze
    causing black ice.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
    A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
    cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
