    * Until 8 AM EDT this morning
    * Periods of rain will continue through 8 am this morning as deep
    tropical moisture from the Gulf of Mexico will begin to cut off
    across the area. On average, an additional half an inch
    rainfall, with locally higher amounts, is possible within the
    watch area.
    * Several creeks and rivers could rise out of their banks
    closing roads and impacting homes, businesses and farms. High
    water may not recede until well after the rain has ended.
