    * Although the heaviest rain has move out of the region, areas of
    light to moderate rain will continue early this morning. With
    the ground saturated, flooding will remain possible through
    early this morning.
    * Rivers and creeks remain high from recent rainfall and the
    smaller basins will be quick to respond to high rainfall rates
    and associated runoff, particularly over north and west
    central Georgia.
