    WHITE AND NORTHERN LUMPKIN COUNTIES UNTIL 745 PM EDT...
    At 710 PM EDT...a strong thunderstorm was over Qualatchee Lake, or
    near Cleveland...moving northwest at 25 mph.
    HAZARD...30 to 40 mph wind and heavy rain.
    IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
    light...unsecured objects. Heavy rain may cause temporary
    street flooding especially in poor drainage areas.
    Some locations in the path of this storm include
    Cleveland, Blairsville, Helen, Suches, Whitley Gap Shelter,
    Robertstown, Woods Hole Shelter, Low Gap Shelter, Camp Coleman Lake,
    Owltown, Vogel State Park, Hawk Mountain Shelter, Smithgall Woods
    Conservation Are, Porter Springs, Turners Corner, Blood Mountain
    Shelter, Sautee, Gaddistown, Gooch Mountain Shelter and Qualatchee
    Lake.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
    People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. Motorists should
    slow down and be prepared for possible loss of control due to
