    - About 190 miles northeast of Columbia SC or about 260 miles
    northeast of Augusta GA
    - 36.1N 78.8W
    - Storm Intensity 50 mph
    - Movement Northeast or 50 degrees at 24 mph
    SITUATION OVERVIEW
    ------------------
    Strong wind gusts over the Midlands and CSRA will decrease through
    the late afternoon and evening. All rainfall associated with Michael
    has pushed out of the forecast area as well.
    POTENTIAL IMPACTS

    * WIND:
    Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time
    across the Midlands of central South Carolina and east central
    Georgia CSRA.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS

    * EVACUATIONS:
    RECOVERY PHASE - Do not enter evacuated areas until officials have
    given the all clear to return.
    * OTHER PREPAREDNESS INFORMATION:
    If your home or shelter was damaged, be alert to the smell of gas
    leaks and be cautious around electrical wiring, broken glass, jagged
    metal and wood, and protruding nails and screws.
    Check on your neighbors. If necessary, help them connect with their
