    * At 116 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to nearly
    stationary showers and isolated thunderstorms. This will cause
    urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas
    will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Strong rises
    along the Dry Fork creek and Florence creek are expected.
