    * Flood Advisory for...
    Lee County in southwestern Georgia...
    Eastern Terrell County in southwestern Georgia...
    * Until 900 PM EDT.
    * At 703 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Between one to two inches of rain have already fallen over
    saturated soils at rainfall rates up to 3"/hr at times.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Leesburg, Albany, Smithville, Sasser, Bronwood, Chokee, Stocks,
    Forrester, Bridges Crossroad, Palmyra, Century, Jordan Place,
    Starksville, Byne Crossroads, Scrutchins, Armena, Olivers Mill,
    Neyami, Philema and Chickasawhatchee.
