    At 438 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
    extending from 18 miles southeast of Richmond Hill to 7 miles
    southeast of Tibet, moving east at 10 mph.
    HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

    IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.
