    EDT FOR BRYAN COUNTY...
    At 722 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Over 2 inches of rain have already fallen.
    This flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of Bryan County,
    which includes Letford.
    Additional rainfall of up to another 1/2 inch is expected over the
    area. Minor flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas is likely.
